Clinical features

• Jaundice
• Weight loss
• Anorexia
• Lethargy

Investigations

• LFTs: cholestatic - ALP > ALT/AST, ↑ GGT and bilirubin
• Imaging:
  • USS
  • MRCP
  • Spiral CT/ERCP/PTC

Management

• Surgery - bile duct and liver resection
• Palliative - biliary stent
