Rhinoplasty

Otoplasty
- Surgical reshaping of the pinna
- Consider from age 6 onwards
- 3 common problems - underdeveloped antihelical fold, prominent concha, protruding lobe
- 1-2-3 assessment
- 1cm from the most superior point of the pinna mastoid
- 2cm from top of tragus to posterior part of pinna to mastoid
- 30° between mastoid and helix
