Immature immune system
Intensive care environment
Indwelling tubes and lines
Clinical features
Symptoms
Fever
Reduced tone and activity
Poor feeding
Vomiting
Signs
Respiratory distress or apnoea
Tachycardia or bradycardia
Hypoxia
Jaundice within 24 hours
Seizures
