Pathophysiology

- Total left eye visual loss
- Bitemporal hemianopia
- Right homonymous hemianopia
- Right homonymous upper quadrantanopia
- Right homonymous hemianopia with macular sparing

- Optic neuritis - commonly MS
- Tumours (rare) - meningioma, glioma, haemangioma
