Clinical features

Symptoms

• Loss of appetite
• Abdominal pain
• Nausea and vomiting

Signs

• Painless, palpable abdominal mass
• Fever
• Haematuria

Investigations

• Imaging: USS initially, CT/MRI for more detailed imaging

Management

• Resection +/- radiotherapy depending on stage
